Frequently Asked Questions From Customers

What materials do you offer and with which you work?

We work with natural stone (mramor, granite, travertine), technical stone (Technistone, Silestone), and large-format boards (Inalco, Dekton, Neolith, Laminam, AtlasPlan, Xtone). We will advise you with a choice of appearance, resistance and maintenance.

The time of delivery is usually 10̊15 working days from the final focus. The delivery date also depends on the availability of the material, the load capacity of the production, unpredictable circumstances or the phase of the project.

Yes, we provide complete service from focus, through production, to professional assembly. Thanks to this you are sure that everything will sit on a millimeter. We strive for precise processing and perfect implementation.

We offer design as a service, but we will be happy to advise you with technical solutions, recommend suitable material and cooperate with several architects and studies to which we can direct you.

  1. Consultation and selection of material
  2. Price offer is approval
  3. Focus
  4. Production
  5. Installation

We communicate the whole process continuously so that you always have up-to-date information.

Price depends on the type of material, the difficulty of processing and the scope of the contract. We will create a non-binding price offer after consultation or on the basis of the documents/project.

The most common format of the boards is 320 × 160 cm in thickness 12 mm. In the design, it is necessary to take into account not only the dimensions, but also the drawing of the material and the location of the joints. We recommend consulting specific material and available formats before finalization of the drawings.
  • Natural stone (e.g. granite, marble and travertine) is quarried directly and has a unique pattern. It may, however, be porous and prone to staining, so proper sealing is essential.

  • Engineered stone (quartz composite) combines natural stone with resin. It is suitable for kitchens but is not always resistant to high temperatures.

  • Sintered stone (e.g. INALCO and Dekton) is a mineral material fused under high temperature and pressure. It is highly resistant, hygienic, non-porous and colourfast.
It is not recommended. Although some materials are very hard (e.g. intertwined plates), they may be scratched or worn out by time by the blade of the knife.
  • The intertwined stone withstands temperatures of up to 300 °C in the short term, you can also lay a hot pot.

  • The technical stone (qurtz) does not — at a temperature above 150 °C can be damaged.

  • Natural stone (žula) is temperature-resistant, but microcracks can be formed in the long term heat exposure.

Depending on the thickness of the material:

  • • 12 mm thickness | max. overshoot without support 250 mm
    • 20 mm thickness | 300 mm max.

For larger overlaps, metal brackets or supporting reinforcements need to be used. Thin plates (4,6 mm) must be fully supported.

Yes, of materials such as technical or intertwined stone or natural stone can be made with design monolithic or glued sinks or made-to-measure.

It is possible to implement cuttings, milling and mounting, but it is necessary to observe at least the radii of inner corners (R ≥ 5 mm) in order to prevent rupture. The cuts must be precisely worked and reinforced, especially in the kitchen.

The joints are made by gluing with a special stone cement (e.g. polyester or epoxy adhesive tinted according to decor). In the case of visible joints, the technique of invisible joint is used.
Most materials are easy to maintain. We recommend common cleaning products without aggressive chemicals. With natural stone we also provide impregnation for longer life and protection from stains.

A good design of stone is not just about appearance. It is about the balance between aesthetics, technology and craft. If the design respects the physical and technical limits of the material, project delivery is smooth and the result impressive.
